About CEM@UTK

The Construction Engineering and Management (CEM) Program within the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville (UTK) provides an integrated and interdisciplinary research, teaching, and service activities that effectively and efficiently addresses the aforementioned complexities and challenges for the benefit of the broad stakeholders using both practical and theoretical approaches. The activities of the CEM Program have been and will be further supported by various local, regional, federal, private, and international agencies. Also, the Program is further reinforced through collaboration with the other specialty areas within CEE as well as various Departments and Research Centers on the UTK Campus.
